Six off-street parking spots including two in garage, 6 beach badges, chairs, umbrellas, kites and boogie boards provided but not guaranteed. The heated pool is available Memorial Day - Sept 15. Tenants must sign a pool addendum. The elevator can only be used with owner's permission and signed addendum.
